Arctic Char Pool has Atlantic Salmon!

On that note........Stephen released a 12 pound Salmon fishing for Arctic Char at Cabin Pool 5pm today!
Stephen caught a Brook Trout, Arctic Char and a lovely 12 pound Salmon on the same fly!

The Arctic Char are in the Flowers River and Char Lake. We have conducted two fly outs to Char Lake ( yesterday and today ) with great results. Yesterday two sports came back with two Char apiece (with some Char weighing 7 pounds ) and two Sea Trout each weighing 3 pounds. They released in excess of 12 Sea Trout each and 10 Arctic Char each.

Today 3 sports visited Char Lake and each came back with their limit of two Arctic Char each and a couple of Sea Trout.

Atlantic Salmon fishing continues to be great. Each guest reports hooking several Atlantic Salmon in their respective Salmon Pool.

Max's Pool - 2 Grilse & two 15 pound Salmon
Cook's Pool - 12 Pound Salmon
Long Beach - 3 Grilse 1 -15 pound Salmon
Island Pool - 3 Grilse and 3 Large Salmon
Top Pool - Three 15 pound Salmon
Ground Hog Pool - One 18 pound Salmon and two Grilse
