Pan fried ( fresh-out of the water ) Arctic Char!

Overcast conditions with a light northerly wind today and the water temperature at the aircraft dock is 58F and the outside air temperature is a cool 12 C.
Mike, Steve & Ryan departed the main lodge today & will be camping at Top Pool for two nights and we understand they have caught and released several Salmon. Several other guests took part in an exciting fly-out to Char Lake ( see photo’s on-line ). We fished the northern section of Char Lake ( first time this year ) and hooked and released over two dozen Char. We also had a wonderful outdoor fire and cooked two Arctic Char ( pan fried )……delicious!
